• Specialised therapies (NPWT, antimicrobial dressings, etc.)

• Compression therapy, offloading, and bioengineered skin substitutes

• Home visits and tailored in-hospital services

• Patient education, specimen collection, motivational letters, and medico-legal reports

All services are provided by licensed and qualified practitioners.

2. Appointments & Payments

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, WhatsApp, or phone.

• M2 Health operates as a cash practice (card payment only).

• Invoices will be provided for medical aid claims; however, reimbursement is not guaranteed.

• Prices may vary depending on the complexity of treatment or products used.

• Cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations may incur fees.

3. Patient Responsibilities

• Patients must provide accurate and complete medical history and information.

• Follow-up care instructions must be adhered to for optimal healing.

• Patients should report any changes in health or wound condition immediately.

4. Home Visits & In-Hospital Services

• Home visits are available in Centurion, Midstream, Olifantsfontein, and Randjiesfontein with an additional fee.

• In-hospital services are delivered in partnership with the treating hospital’s staff.

• M2 Health is not liable for delays caused by hospital protocols or third-party restrictions.

5. Use of Website

• The M2 Health website is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice.

• Booking an appointment through the website does not create a doctor-patient relationship until consultation occurs.

• Users must not misuse the website for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

6. Privacy & Data Protection (POPIA Compliance)

• Data is stored securely and only shared with relevant medical or insurance personnel as necessary.
